Title: L.A Woman
Author: Eve Babitz
Pages: 160
Published: 1982
Started: 2/4/24
Finished: 2/8/24
Summary: A fictional account of two women from different generations living in Los Angeles.
My thoughts: This was okay. Not Babitz’s best book. It was pretty much a fictional account of Eve’s actual life in L.A. The last third was a slog. It was a little disjointed at the end. Read her other book, ‘Tango Two-Step’ instead. She does a better job with nonfiction writing than fiction.
